Training on application of Labour Legislation was held

The next training was held at the Ministry of Energy in order to improve the professional skills of the employees of the organization. The training on the topic application of Labor Legislation was organized within the existing cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center.

During the training, the presentation of Ayten Guliyeva, Head of Section of Legal Assurance, Human Resources and Civil Service of the State Examination Center on labor legislation was heard, and extensive information was given on the provisions of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, normative legal acts included in the labor legislation system, labor relations, and relevant international conventions, areas where the code is applied, concluding an employment contract, views on the main rights and duties of the parties to the contract, the grounds and rules for terminating the contract, regulating the labor rights of foreigners and stateless persons, ensuring the right to leave and other topics were exchanged.

38 employees from the Ministry of Energy, AREA and AERA took part at the training.
