Training on application of legislation on civil service was held

Training on the application of civil service legislation within the framework of the work plan for Human Resource Management and development for 2023 was held at the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The importance of studying the relevant legislative framework in improving the knowledge and skills of civil servants and the necessity of organizing such trainings regularly were emphasized in seminar.

Then, Head of the Legal Analysis and Expertise Section of the Law Department of the Ministry Aygun Aliyeva made a presentation and spoke about the right to participate in public administration, civil service, the main tasks and principles of civil service. She gave detailed information about the concept of civil servant, basic duties and rights of civil servant, rules of admission to civil service, conditions for continuing activities in the service. Participants were informed about the restrictions related to the civil service, the responsibility of the civil servant in case of failure to fulfill the assigned duties or non-compliance with the restrictions and the cases of termination of the civil service.
