3468 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and Energy Regulatory Agency during 9 months of this year
During 9 months of 2020, the Ministry of Energy and Energy Regulatory Agency received 3468 appeals on consumers' rights protection, electricity supply, natural gas supply and other issues.
2190 of them were related to electricity supply, 415 to natural gas supply, 863 of them were related to other issues. 238 of them were letters of thanks related to solving of problems raised.
Appeals covered mainly to provision of technical condition, connection to the power supply network, meter problems, uselessness of electrical equipment and devices for operation, quality of electricity, interruptions in electricity and gas supply, gasification, debt and fines, gas leak, installation of meters, heat supply, employment and other issues.
During this period, 2787 appeals have been investigated and answered by the Ministry of Energy and Energy Regulatory Agency.
During the reporting period, 80 appeals were received via Facebook page of the Ministry of Energy, which were promptly responded to, and the complaints were investigated and executed by the Energy Regulatory Agency and the results were sent to the individuals.
