830 appeals were received by the Call Center of the Ministry of Energy during the 6 months of 2019.

The appeals mainly covered issues related to electricity and gas supply. 343 of them were related to power supply, 280 to gas supply, 20 to electric and gas meters, 7 to connection to the heating system and 78 to other issues. 102 incoming calls made up gratitude calls for solving the problems.   

During first half of the year, the call center received 31 calls related to gas leak and carbon monoxide from the Ministry of Emergency Situations. These calls were forwarded operatively to “Azerigaz” PU hotline: 104, 185 and 521-33-44, and information was given about the situation.

All calls received by Call Center were answered promptly. The complaints and appeals, which need to be investigated, have been sent to the relevant structural units of the ministry, and individuals, who appeal to the Call Center, were answered about the results of investigations.
