Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan invited other oil producers to take on obligations

Minister of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov also participated in an informal video conference with the participation of several "OPEC plus" countries. The current status of the oil market and the implementation of commitments from May were discussed at the meeting. 
During the discussions, Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov invited other oil producers not represented in the OPEC plus format to take on obligations: "OPEC plus is doing a historical mission and has taken on relevant commitments. Now oil producers outside OPEC plus should actively join this process and declare their obligations,” the minister said.
