4248 appeals were received by the Call Center and Hot Line of the Ministry of Energy during 2022.

3625 of them were related to the electricity and heat energy, natural gas supply, 194 to gratitude calls, 429 to other issues.

During the year, the calls received by Call Center were answered promptly. The appeals, which need to be investigated, have been sent to the relevant structural units of the Ministry and agencies under the Ministry, and individuals, who appeal to the Call Center, were informed about the results of investigations.

It should be noted that citizens' appeals are received through the Hot Line: (012) 598-16-55, Call Center of the Ministry: "974". To use the services of the Call Center, citizens can dial “974” from Baku, and dial "012 974" from regions and all mobile operators available in our country.
