6733 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under Ministry in 2022.

5740 of the appeals were implemented accordingly and 392 appeals are being processed. 601 appeals were informative.

The appeals were mainly about electricity and natural gas supply, connection to the electricity network and providing terms of references, electrical equipment status, debts and fines, metering, renewable energy, permits, employment, gratitude and other topics.

In this period, 254 citizen receptions were organized by the senior officials of the Ministry and agencies under the Ministry, and relevant instructions were given to solve the issues raised in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
