7914 appeals on electricity supply, natural gas supply, heat supply, renewable energy and other issues were received by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under the Ministry in 2021.

In this period, 6587 appeals were implemented accordingly and 359 appeals are being processed. 968 appeals were informative.

In this period, 41 online citizen receptions were organized by the senior officials of the Ministry and agencies under the Ministry, and relevant instructions were given to investigate the issues raised by the citizens and to solve them in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.

During the reporting period, up to 90 appeals were received through social media accounts of the Ministry of Energy, which were  sent relevantly, and some appeals were answered directly or on the basis of the opinions of the relevant structural divisions.
