86 permits were issued by Ministry of Energy in the first half of 2019

In the second quarter of 2019, the Ministry of Energy has issued 52 permits for the export, import and transit of goods (works, services, and results of intellectual activity) that are subject to export control. 44 of the issued permits were related to imports of goods subject to export control, 1 to export of goods subject to export control, and 7 to the transit of goods subject to export control.

44 of these permits were issued through ASAN Service Center No. 5 during the quarter.

Ministry of Energy issued a total of 86 permits for import, export and transit of goods subject to the export control during the first half of year. 69 of them were related to import of goods subject to export control, 2 to export of goods subject to export control, and 15 to the transit of goods subject to export control. 76 of the permits issued over the year were carried out through ASAN Service Center.

It should be noted that three types of permits are issued through ASAN Service Center. This includes permit for export, re-export, import, re-import and transit of goods subject to export control (works, services, results of intellectual activity), permit for circulation of items owned by participants of civil transactions and permitted upon the submission of permission, certificate of the introduction of special economic regime for export- oriented oil- and gas activities.
