Training on effective time management was organised

Within the cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center (SEC), training sessions aimed at supporting employees’ professional development and enhancing their knowledge and skills are continuing.

The latest training session, aimed at developing employees’ knowledge and skills in the efficient use of time, proper planning of tasks, setting priorities and more effective organisation of daily activities, was dedicated to “Effective Time Management”.

Fidan Novruzova, an employee of the SEC, delivered a presentation providing detailed information on the key principles of effective time management, prioritisation of tasks, factors that lead to time loss, planning methods and ways to improve efficiency in the work process.  Participants were given practical exercises to develop their skills in effectively allocating and managing time in various situations. Questions related to the topic were answered, and participants exchanged views and experiences.

A total of 26 employees from the Ministry of Energy, Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency, and Azerbaijan Renewable Energy Agency participated at the traning.
