A training session on Cognitive Agility and Decision Optimization in a Dynamic Environment was held at the Ministry of Energy. Sarvan Gurbanov, Deputy Head of the Civil Service and Organizational Management Department, highlighted the relevance of the training topic, organized within the framework of cooperation with the State Examination Center (SEC), and expressed his confidence that it would contribute to further enhancing efficiency in the workplace.
The training continued with a presentation by Sevinj Mammadova, a representative of the SEC, on the topic Cognitive Agility and Decision Optimization in a Dynamic Environment. Participants received practical insights into understanding dynamic work environments and change, strengthening agility in the workplace, making informed decisions and becoming familiar with tools that support decision optimization. Comprehensive discussions were held on ways to promptly adapt behavioural strategies in response to changing circumstances, new information and diverse situations.
As part of the training, participants exchanged views on various practical cases, analyzed different approaches to decision-making in a dynamic work environment, and received answers to their questions.
The training was attended by employees of the Ministry of Energy, the Energy Regulatory Agency, and the State Agency on Renewable Energy Sources.
