Meeting was held with members of the Public Council

Deputy Energy Minister Samir Valiyev held a meeting with the members of the Public Council under the Ministry of Energy.

The Deputy Minister noted that the newly established Public Council is the third composition of the Council and expressed confidence that the cooperation during its forthcoming term of office will be productive. He also emphasized that the fact that the Council members represent public associations specializing in the energy sector will make a significant contribution to the effectiveness of this cooperation.

During the meeting, the Council members provided information about their activities, as well as the main areas of work of the public associations they represent. They expressed confidence that cooperation with the Ministry of Energy would contribute both to strengthening the state-public dialogue and to the more effective implementation of initiatives undertaken by public associations operating in the energy sector.

The meeting included an exchange of views on matters of mutual interest and discussions on the main directions of future cooperation. It should be noted that five members have been elected to the third composition of the Public Council.
