7326 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and Agencies under Ministry during the six months of 2026.

1043 of the appeals were informational and 6283 were executive. 5729 of them were executed accordingly, and 554 appeals are in execution.

The appeals primarily concerned connection to the electricity grid, the issuance of terms of references, the operational condition of electrical installations and equipment, the quality and continuity of electricity supply, the protection zone of electricity transmission lines, cabling, gasification, outstanding debts and penalties, faults in electricity meters, renewable energy, energy efficiency, registration for citizen receptions, personnel matters, permits, expressions of appreciation, and other issues.

4948 appeals received during the reporting period were received through the Call Center and Hotline of the Ministry of Energy. 4,080 of the appeals were related to electricity and heat energy, natural gas supply, 512 of them were of a grateful nature, and 356 were related to other issues.

During the first half of the year, 203 citizens were received by senior officials of the Ministry's office and subordinate bodies.
