Another training session organized for Civil Servants at the Ministry of Energy
The Ministry of Energy hosted another training session entitled Practical Application of Ethical Conduct Rules in the Civil Service and Combating Corruption. Asad Ismayilov, Head of the Civil Service and Organizational Management Department, noted that training programmes for civil servants are being successfully continued within the framework of the cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center (SEC), emphasizing the relevance of the current training topic.
The session continued with a comprehensive presentation delivered by Zeynal Jabbarov, representative of the SEC, for civil servants from various departments and sections of the Ministry on combating corruption and the practical application of ethical conduct rules. The presentation covered the principles and importance of ethical conduct for civil servants, the relevant international and national legal frameworks, as well as the subjects and types of corruption-related offences. It also included detailed discussions on liability arising from violations of ethical conduct rules and corruption-related offences, along with the corresponding anti-corruption measures.
During the training, participants were presented with various practical case studies, engaged in interactive discussions, shared their views, and had their questions addressed.
The training was attended by employees of the Ministry of Energy, AERA, and AREA.
