During the first 5 months of the current year, 108 permits were issued by the Ministry of Energy

During January-May of 2026, in total, 108 permits were issued by the Ministry of Energy. According to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Export Control, the Ministry of Energy has issued 8 permits for the export goods (works, services, and results of intellectual activity) that are subject to export control, 91 for import and 6 for transit.

During the reporting period, one permit was also issued for activities involving the circulation of items with restricted civil circulation, and two permits were issued for the generation of electricity with an installed capacity exceeding 500 kilowatts at hydroelectric power plants and power plants generating electricity and heat using gas derived from biomass or other types of fuel, and, in all other cases, for electricity generation with an installed capacity exceeding 150 kilowatts.

All permits were issued through ASAN Service Center No. 7 during the reporting period.
