Ministry of energy received 5,597 citizen appeals during the first five months of 2026

During the period from January to May 2026, the Ministry of Energy received a total of 5,597 citizen appeals.

Of these, 815 were requests for information, while 4,782 required administrative action. 4438 of them were executed accordingly, and 334 appeals are in execution.

The appeals mainly covered the issues of connection to the electricity grid and providing terms of references, the quality of the electricity supply, interruptions in the electricity supply, operational status of electrical equipment and devices, violation of the protection zone of the power transmission line and cabling, gasification, debts and fines, defects in meters, renewable energy, request for the citizen reception, employment, permits and other topics.

During the reporting period, 109 citizens were received by the Ministry's senior officials.  Of these, 26 were family members of martyrs, 6 were war veterans, and 2 were participants in the war. During the same period, a total of 60 appeals submitted by family members of martyrs and war participants were reviewed and processed in accordance with the established procedures.
