Training on strengthening team cohesion was held

As part of the cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center (SEC), a training session entitled Strengthening Team Cohesion was held to enhance internal communication and develop effective communication skills.

During the training, a representative of the State Examination Center (SEC) delivered a presentation, sharing both theoretical knowledge and practical approaches to building and managing successful teams. Participants were provided with comprehensive information on teamwork and its significance for organizational performance, the stages of team development, different types of teams, the fundamental principles of effective teamwork, as well as methods for fostering and sustaining team spirit.  In addition, extensive discussions were held on topics such as open and effective communication, building mutual trust and support, and establishing shared goals and values.

The training, conducted in an interactive format, included group-based practical exercises and discussions of various real-life scenarios, allowing participants to exchange views and experiences.

The employees from the Ministry, AREA and AERA attended at the training.
