Within the existing cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center (SEC), a training session titled Program Management. State Programs was organized with the aim of ensuring the professional development of civil servants and enhancing their competencies and skills. Training on State Programs was organized.

During the training, a representative of the SEC provided participants with comprehensive information on the essence, key characteristics, and distinctions of state programs and projects.  In addition, detailed explanations were given on the types of programs, planning and implementation stages, development of program structures, budgeting and financing mechanisms, monitoring systems, and evaluation methodologies. The interactive training also included practical exercises based on real-life examples, participants’ questions were answered and discussions were held on the relevant topics.

Employees from the Ministry of Energy, AERA and AREA participated in the training session.
