Tree planting campaign dedicated to the 103rd anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev was held

In connection with the 103rd anniversary of the birth of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, the Ministries of Energy, Ecology and Natural Resources and the New Azerbaijan Party held a tree planting campaign.

Deputy Energy Minister Orkhan Zeynalov, First Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Agakerim Samadzade, Deputy Minister Vugar Karimov, as well as the staff of these organizations and ecovolunteers participated in the action organized in Mushfigabad settlement within the framework of the Year of Urban Planning and Architecture.

200 Eldar pine and olive trees were planted in accordance with the soil and climatic conditions of the Absheron Peninsula during the tree planting campaign.

The purpose of the campaign is to honor the cherished memory of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev, highlight the importance he placed on environmental protection, and support the expansion of green areas.
