3859 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under Ministry during the first quarter of 2026

3859 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under Ministry during the three months of the current year.

487 of the appeals were informative and 3372 were executive. 2937 of the appeals were implemented accordingly and 435 appeals are being processed.

The appeals mainly covered the issues of connection to the electricity grid and providing terms of references, the quality of the electricity supply, interruptions in the electricity supply, operational status of electrical equipment and devices, violation of the protection zone of the power transmission line and cabling, gasification, debts and fines, defects in meters, renewable energy, request for the citizen reception, employment, permits and other topics.

In this period, 134 citizen receptions were recevied by the senior officials of the Ministry and Agencies under the Ministry, and relevant instructions were given to solve the issues raised in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
