Training on the employee selection was held

Within the existing cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center, a training on employee selection was held.
During the training, which was presented by Gunduz Ahmadli, the leading consultant of the Department of Legal Assurance, Human Resources and Civil Service of the State Examination Center, a wide exchange of views was held on new trends in the field of HR, Human Resources Management, revealing the skills of employees, basic principles in this area, monitoring and evaluating the performance of civil servants, as well as other issues. 25 employees from the Ministry of Energy, AREA and AERA took part at the training.
