3304 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under Ministry during the first half of 2023

2739 of the appeals were implemented accordingly and 283 appeals are being processed. 282 appeals were informative.

The appeals were mainly about connection to the electricity network and providing terms of references, the interruptions in the supply of electricity, operational status of electrical equipments, gasification, debts and fines, defects in meters, renewable energy, request for the reception, issues related to HR, permits and other topics.

In this period, 129 citizen receptions were organized by the senior officials of the Ministry and agencies under the Ministry, and relevant instructions were given to solve the issues raised in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
