Appeal Council |Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan

The Appeal Council has been established under the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to provide multi-staged approach for addressing the applications of natural and legal entities participating in the entrepreneurial activity, to improve mechanism of submitting complaints about the decisions, actions or inactions of central and local executive authorities to the superior body. The Head of the Council is Samir Valiyev.
