Ministry of Energy received citizens

On 1 February, Ministry of Energy received citizens in video conference format in accordance with the rules of reception of citizens during the special lockdown regime. Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov received citizens from Baku and Ismayilli region on the basis of received appeals. 
The citizens were heard, necessary explanations were provided and appropriate instructions were given to relevant structural units.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Energy always stays focused on the instructions by Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the state agencies on treating the citizens' applications with care and precision. All citizen appeals received by the Ministry on various issues are investigated and appropriate measures are taken. 
It should be noted that in order to effectively organize to receive citizens` appeals by the Ministry of Energy, the schedule of reception of citizens for 2021 by the chief officials, the Minister of Energy and Deputy Ministers was updated and posted on the website of Ministry.  During the special quarantine regime, reception of citizens are held in online format.
