In January-May 2020, Azerbaijan produced 15.2 million tons of oil (including condensate). The production of oil (including condensate) decreased by 463 thousand  tons compared to the same period a year before. "Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli" accounted for 10.5 million tons of oil (including condensate) produced in the republic while "Shah Deniz" for 1.6 million tons (condensate). SOCAR's oil output amounted to 3,1 million tons.
Over the five months of current year, the volume of exported oil, including condensate, amounted to 12.6 million tons. This is 468 thousand tons less than in January-May 2019. 12 million tons of oil-condensate were exported by the consortium and 569,000 tons by SOCAR. 
During the first five months of 2020, gas output amounted to 16.4 bcm, which increased by 13.6% (2 bcm) compared to the respective period of last year. 5.4 bcm of gas production extracted from ACG, while 8 bcm from Shah Deniz. SOCAR produced 3 bcm gas during this period. 
During this period, gas sales amounted to 5.6 bcm, which was 13.4% more compared to the same period of last year. In the January-May, compared to the same period previous year 4.3 bcm (21.7 % more) gas was exported toTurkey. Gas exported to Georgia was 1.2 bcm, and the volume of gas supplied to the BTC pipeline system was 51,000 cm. It should be noted that, during this period 1.6 bcm gas was exported to Turkey through TANAP.
Since its commissioning till June 1, 5.47 bcm gas has been transported to Turkey via TANAP. Since its commissioning till June 1, 537 million tons oil (including condensate), 295.2 bcm gas were extracted from "Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli" and "Shah Deniz". 538.6 million tons oil (including condensate), 82.6 bcm gas were transported from these fields. 
Over the five months of 2020, Azerbaijan refined 2.5 million tons of oil. Oil refinery has been 61.3 thousand tons less in comparison with the relevant period of the previous year.
