Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov's interview was published in "Нефтегазовая вертикаль" magazine of the Russian Federation. The Minister answered the questions about the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on Azerbaijan's fuel and energy sector, results and prospects of the OPEC plus agreement supported by Azerbaijan, the foreign investment attraction, the measures envisaged by the Government of Azerbaijan for stimulating foreign investments, LUKOIL's activity in Azerbaijan, foreign oil and gas companies interested in the implementation of energy projects in the Republic, the necessity of the Southern Gas Corridor project for the European gas market, cooperation directions between Gazprom and SOCAR, prospects for energy cooperation between Russia and Azerbaijan in general and other issues.
