“Rules of Ethics Conduct of Civil Servants” webinar was held in order to implement the relevant paragraphs of the “National Action Plan on the promotion of Open Government for 2020-2022”approved by the relevant order of the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan .

In the webinar, jointly organized by the Ministry of Energy and the Government and Civil Society Platform on the promotion of Open Government, Asad Ismayilov, Head of Department of Civil Service and Human Resources, Ethics Commissioner of the Ministry of Energy noted that to hold such trainings regularly plays an important role in educating civil servants on the norms defined by the law on “Rules of Ethics Conduct of Civil Servants”. The trainer-expert Zaur Ibrahimli made a presentation on the rules of ethics conduct, spoke about the current legislation in this area, the main principles and objectives of the rules of ethics conduct, theoretical knowledge on ethical duties arising from the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, requirements for the execution of official duties, control over compliance with the rules of ethical behavior and other topics.

Employees of the Ministry of Energy and agencies, members of the public council under the Ministry attended the webinar.
