Provision of frontline residential settlements with gas and electricity is under control

Armenian Armed Forces grossly violated ceasefire starting from September 27, fired positions of the Republic of Azerbaijan through large-caliber weapons, mortars, and different caliber artillery, several energy infrastructure objects have been damaged in frontline residential settlements as a result of the next military aggression.

Gas lines and equipment were partially damaged in Bursunlu, Hulabandi villages of Tartar region, Sahil, Babek streets of Tartar city and Heydar Aliyev Avenue. It should be noted that the special headquarters established in the “Azerigas” PU is taking necessary measures based on the operative information provided from the Tartar Regional Gas Operation Department during the last day.

In addition, as security measures, gas supply of Fuzuli and Tartar districts, Tapgaragoyunlu village of Goranboy, Beylagan and Agjabadi districts was suspended during the battles. In addition, as the projectile fell on the gas supply network from the “Agdam 4-Way junction” on September 27, since 19:00 gas supply from the same junction was suspended, but gas supply from the “Guzanli junction” was restored in Agdam at 19:20. Gas supply to the center of Beylagan district and the city of Agjabadi has also been restored.

Today, gas supply of the bread factory and 100 subscribers on the factory line located in Horadiz settlement and 4500 subscribers from 5500 subscribers of villages of Yaglivand, Bahmanli, Boyuk Bahmanli, Karimbeyli villages of Fuzuli district supplied from “Ahmadbeyli” measuring junction have been restored.  Gas supply to 8 villages of Beylagan district, except Garadagli village, and 9 villages of Barda district has also been restored.

The infrastructure providing electricity supply to the border regions was also attacked. Thus, 35 kV “Demirchiler”, “Ismayilbeyli” overhead lines, 6kV “Shikharkhi”, “10№”, “11№”, “ Seyidimli 4 № ”, “City 7№”, “Alges”, “City 8 №”, “City 9№” overhead lines from 110/35/6 kV “Tar-Tar” substation, “Sarijali №5” overhead line from 35/10 “Sarijali“ substation, as well as a large number of distribution lines with 0.4 kV were attacked. 10 kV “Azizbeyov and 10 kV second Subartisian overhead line from 110/35/10 kV “Naftalan” substation in Goranboy were attacked. A 400/10 kVA transformer and another 160/10 kVA transformer were damaged. 110 kV "Agdam-Chamanli" overhead line and 35 kV "Giyamaddinli" overhead line were attacked in Agjabadi.  35/10 kV “Cocug-Marcanli”, “Horadiz-Bahmanli” ovehead lines, 10 kV overhead lines from 35/10 kV "Zobucug", "Horadiz", "Mahmudlu" substations, as well as 0.4 kV overhead lines from "Gazakhlar", "Babi", "Shukurbeyli", "Seher", "Alkhanli", "Komplekh" were attacked in Fuzuli. 110 kV “Agdam”, “Tazakand” power lines, 35/10 kV  "Afatli", "Ergi" power lines, and 10kV overhead lines from 35/10 kV "Chamanli" substation in Agdam. It should be noted that these lines have been fired several times and as a result of the measures taken by the special headquarters established in “Azerishig” OJSC, the operation of damaged power lines in these regions has been restored.

Issues related to gas and electricity supply of the frontline settlements are under full control and measures are being taken to promptly eliminate the accidents.
