1071 appeals were received by the Call Center and Hot Line of the Ministry of Energy during the first quarter of 2023.

969 of them were related to the electricity and heat energy, natural gas supply, 45 to gratitude calls, 57 to other issues.

During the year, the calls received by Call Center were answered promptly. The appeals, which need to be investigated, have been sent to the relevant structural units of the Ministry and agencies under the Ministry, and individuals, who appeal to the Call Center, were informed about the results of investigations.

It should be noted that citizens' appeals are received through the Hot Line: (012) 598-16-55, Call Center of the Ministry: "974". To use the services of the Call Center, citizens can dial “974” from Baku, and dial "012 974" from regions and all mobile operators available in our country. Call Center operates from 9.00 to 18.00 on working days in accordance with legislation.
