3882 appeals were received by the Call Center of the Ministry of Energy during the nine months of the year
1308 appeals were received by the Call Center and Hot Line of the Ministry of Energy in third quarter of 2021.
888 of them were related to power supply, 64 to gas supply, 70 to the installation of electric and gas meters, 3 to the heating system and 271 to other issues. 12 incoming calls made up gratitude calls.
In total, during January-September this year, 3882 appeals were received by the Call Center and Hot Line of the Ministry of Energy. Of which 2313 were related to power supply, 301 to gas supply, 225 to the installation of electric and gas meters, 23 to the heating system, 93 to gratitude and 918 to other issues. The call center received 9 calls related to gas leak and carbon monoxide from the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
During this period all calls received by Call Center were answered promptly. The complaints and appeals, which need to be investigated, have been sent to the relevant structural units of the Ministry and Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency, and individuals, who appeal to the Call Center, were answered about the results of investigations.
