1628 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under Ministry in the first quarter

In January-March 2022, the Ministry of Energy, Energy Regulatory Agency, Azerbaijan Renewable Energy Agency under the Ministry received 1628 appeals on electricity supply, natural gas supply, installation of meters, renewable energy and other issues.

In this period, 1235 appeals were implemented accordingly and 237 appeals are being processed. 156 appeals were informative.

In this period, 41 online citizen receptions were organized by the senior officials of the Ministry and agencies under the Ministry, and relevant instructions were given to investigate the issues raised by the citizens and to solve them in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.

During the reporting period, 31 appeals were received through social media accounts of the Ministry of Energy, which were sent relevantly, and some appeals were answered directly or on the basis of the opinions of the relevant structural divisions.
