2575 appeals were received by the Call Center of the Ministry of Energy in the first half of the year
1383 appeals were received by the Call Center and Hot Line of the Ministry of Energy in second quarter of 2021. 849 of them were related to power supply, 77 to gas supply, 76 to electric and gas meters, 6 to the heating system and 333 to other issues. 39 incoming calls made up gratitude calls and 3 calls were related to gas leak and carbon monoxide from the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
In total, during the 6 months of this year, 2575 appeals were received by the Call Center and Hot Line of the Ministry of Energy. Of which 1426 were related to power supply, 237 to gas supply, 155 to electric and gas meters, 20 to the heating system, 81 to gratitude and 647 to other issues. The call center received 9 calls related to gas leak and carbon monoxide from the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
During this period all calls received by Call Center were answered promptly. The complaints and appeals, which need to be investigated, have been sent to the relevant structural units of the Ministry and Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency, and individuals, who appeal to the Call Center, were answered about the results of investigations.
