During the first quarter of 2022, Azerbaijan produced more than 8.3 million tons of oil (including condensate).

"Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli" accounted for 5.3 million tons of oil produced in the republic while "Shah Deniz" for 1.1 million tons (condensate). SOCAR's oil output amounted to 1,9 million tons (including condensate).

During the reporting period, the volume of exported oil, including condensate, amounted to about 6,7 million tons.

During January-March 2022, natural gas output amounted to 11.8 bcm. 3.5 bcm of gas production extracted from ACG, while 6.4 bcm from Shah Deniz. SOCAR produced 1.9 bcm gas during this period. 

During reporting period, gas sales abroad amounted to about 5.9 bcm. 2.2 bcm gas was exported to Turkey, 2.6 bcm gas to Europe, 1.1 bcm to Georgia. It should be noted that, during this period more than 4 bcm gas was exported to Turkey through TANAP. 

Since its commissioning till 1 April 2022, more than 587 million tons oil (including condensate) were extracted from Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli and Shah Deniz. Nearly 552 million tons of crude oil were extracted from ACG, while more than 35 million tons condensate from Shah Deniz.

Since their commissioning till 1 April 2022, more than 193 bcm gas was extracted from "Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli", nearly 164 bcm from "Shah Deniz". During this period, more than 112 bcm gas were exported from Shah Deniz.

In the first quarter of 2022, oil refinery in the country amounted to 1.6 million tons.
