A meeting of the co-chairs of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Italy was held

Minister of Energy, co-chair of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Italy Parviz Shahbazov held a meeting with the Secretary of State for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Italy, co-chair of the Intergovernmental Commission Manlio Di Stefano in a video conference format. The sides discussed issues on the agenda of bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Italy, as well as cooperation with Italian companies on the restoration of liberated territories. 
As a continuation of the Italian co-chair's visit to Azerbaijan on 8-9 December last year, the sides exchanged views on the establishment of the “Web mission” with the participation of the state companies and related associations of this country for the involvement of Italian companies in the restoration and reconstruction work to be carried out in the liberated territories and on holding discussions with the relevant agencies of Azerbaijan.
During the meeting, the sides also discussed the possibilities of expanding cooperation between the two countries in various fields, as well as the issues of holding another meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation.
