A joint press conference of the Energy Ministers of Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates was held

On 15 March, following the groundbreaking ceremony of the 230 MW Garadagh Solar PV Plant in Baku, a joint press conference was held with the participation of Parviz Shahbazov, Azerbaijani Energy Minister and Suhail Al Mazrouei, Energy and Infrastructure Minister of the United Arab Emirates .

The ministers answered the questions on the importance of the new solar power plant to be built for the energy system of our country, increasing the annual volume of electricity production at the expense of green energy sources, increasing the share of renewable energy sources in the field of electricity, the importance of the documents signed within the framework of the groundbreaking ceremony, cooperation between Ministry of Energy and Masdar and other topics.
