New possible energy cooperation between Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates was discussed

Within the groundbreaking ceremony for the 230 MW Garadagh Solar Power Plant, a meeting was held between the Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov and the delegation led by the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the United Arab Emirates Suhail Al Mazrouei.

During the meeting, laying the foundation of the Garadagh SPP was assessed as an indicator of high relations between the two countries. Azerbaijan was assessed as a country, which is attractive for foreign investment and has great opportunities for multifaceted energy cooperation.

During the conversation, the sides exchanged views on several directions of renewable energy, as well as the possibilities of cooperation in the fields of natural gas, hydrogen and power energy.
