4980 appeals were received by the Call Center and Hot Line of the Ministry of Energy in 2021.

3475 of them were related to utilities, 313 to the installation of meters and 1087 to other issues. 94 incoming calls made up gratitude calls and 11 calls were related to gas leak and carbon monoxide from the Ministry of Emergency Situations. 

During this period all calls received by Call Center were answered promptly. The complaints and appeals, which need to be investigated, have been sent to the relevant structural units of the Ministry and agencies under the Ministry, and individuals, who appeal to the Call Center, were informed about the results of investigations.

It should be noted that “974” Call Center and (012) 598-16-55 “Hot Line”of the Ministry of Energy operate in order to effectively organize citizens ' appeals, ensure prompt acceptance and execution of incoming appeals, and promptly review the issues related to the energy sector and the competence of the Ministry.

To use the services of the Call Center, citizens can dial “974” from Baku, and dial "012 974" from regions and all mobile operators available in our country. Call center operates from 9.00 to 18.00 on working days in accordance with legislation.
