Training on corruption offenses and responsibility for these offenses was held

An online training on corruption-related offenses and responsibility for these offenses was held by the Constitutional Research Foundation at the Ministry of Energy.

The information on the essence of corruption related offenses, legal liability measures envisaged for these offenses, subjects of offenses, as well as the role of political will in the fight against corruption was given in the online training organized to increase the awareness of employees. At the same time, the issues of the concept of corruption, the existing legislation and legal framework in the field, state bodies implementing the fight against corruption, as well as criminal prosecution measures in the fight against corruption were touched upon.

At the end of the training, participants' questions were answered and views were exchanged on the topic.
