A training was held on Assessment of Civil Servant's Service Performance

Within the existing cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center, a training on Assessment of Civil Servant's Service Performance was held.

During the training, a representative of the State Examination Center provided detailed information on the essence, purpose, and organizational system of service performance asessment, relations between the head and the civil servant and their obligations, the results of the evaluation, the measures applied, as well as methods to prevent possible negative situations and the recent amendments to the regulations. It was also emphasized that the assessment of service performance plays a crucial role in enhancing employee productivity, identifying potential, and fostering personal development. During the training, participants' questions were answered, and discussions were held on various topics.
