The Ministry of Energy held trainings for civil servants
Within the existing cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center (SEC), trainings continue to be conducted to improve the professional skills of civil servants and enhance their knowledge of legislation.
During the training titled Competency-Based Successful Leadership: Management, Thinking, and Development, an employee of the SEC provided detailed information on the general competency model and its types, the reasons for transitioning to the new model, the required competencies and levels of professionalism, the relationship between service functions and competencies, the situational leadership approach, and the adaptation of management styles to employees. An intergroup practical task on the application of the competency model was carried out, and questions from participants were addressed.
The next training was organized on the topic Practical Application of Ethical Conduct Rules in Civil Service and Combating Corruption. The concept of corruption and its types, the subjects of violations and ways of eliminating their consequences, the responsibility of officials for corruption-related violations, and issues of national legislation in this area were discussed. Mutual exchange of views was held based on practical exercises.
