Training on Gender Equality in Civil Service was held

As part of the cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center (SEC), next training was held.

The training, delivered by an SEC representative, focused on key aspects of gender equality, including the distinction between gender and sex, gender roles in the workplace, stereotypes, causes and consequences of gender inequality, and ensuring equality in human resource management. Participants were provided with comprehensive practical information and engaged in interactive discussions.

A total of 22 employees from the Ministry of Energy and Azerbaijan Renewable Energy Agency under the Ministry took part in the training.
