Next event dedicated to the Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty was held

In line with the Action Plan on the Declaration of 2025 the Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Energy hosted its next meeting.

Deputy Minister of Energy Elnur Soltanov, emphasized the historic significance of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, adopted under the wise leadership of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, as a milestone in the country’s independent statehood.  He highlighted the importance of the complete restoration of Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity and sovereignty under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, H.E. Mr. Ilham Aliyev, as well as the reestablishment of the legal force of the Constitution across all liberated territories.

The meeting also discussed the work carried out within the Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty, including ongoing energy projects aimed at the efficient utilization of Azerbaijan’s green energy potential and their contribution to the country’s economic development.  A representative of the Public Council under the Ministry of Energy shared views on the economic foundations of the Constitution, the Council’s activities implemented within this year, and its participation in awareness-raising events on the advantages of renewable energy use.
