Training on leadership was held

Within the existing cooperation with the State Examination Center (SEC), training on Fundamentals of Leadership and Management was held in order to develop the competence and skills of the employees of the Ministry of Energy.

Employee of the State Examination Center Mirana Rustamli made a presentation on the topic, and detailed information about the concepts of leader and manager, the differences between them, the characters characterizing the boss and the real leader, leadership and emotional intelligence was provided. Also, mutual discussions were held on the issues of power, leadership styles, habits that make the leader effective, management activities of the leader and other issues, participants' questions were answered.

22 employees from the Ministry, AREA and AERA attended at the training.
