4642 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under the Ministry in the first half

During the first quarter of 2025, the Ministry of Energy and agencies under the Ministry received a total of 4642 citizen appeals.

Of the appeals, 759 were informative, and 3883 were executive. 3591 of them were executed accordingly, and 292 appeals are in execution.

The appeals mainly covered the issues of connection to the electricity network and providing terms of references, interruptions in the electricity supply, operational status of electrical equipment and devices, gasification, debts and fines, defects in meters, renewable energy, request for the citizen reception, employment, permits and other topics.

In this period, 256 citizen receptions were recevied by the senior officials of the Ministry and Agencies under the Ministry, and relevant instructions were given to solve the issues raised in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
