During six months of 2025, Call Center received 2940 calls

2940 appeals were received by the Call Center and Hot Line of the Ministry of Energy during 6 months of 2025.

2316 of them were related to the electricity and heat energy, natural gas supply, 265 to gratitude calls, 359 to other issues.

During this period all calls received by Call Center were answered promptly. The complaints and appeals, which need to be investigated, have been sent to the relevant structural units of the Ministry and agencies under the Ministry, and individuals, who appeal to the Call Center, were informed about the results of investigations.

It should be noted that in order to improve the citizens' appeals, the appeals are received through Call Center of the Ministry: 974 and the Hot Line: (012) 598-16-55. To use the services of the Call Center, citizens can dial "974" from Baku, and dial "012 974" from regions and all mobile operators available in our country.
