Training on agile and development-oriented management was held

Training was held at the Ministry of Energy within the framework of 23 June - the Professional Holiday of Civil Servants in order to strengthen the skills of employees to work effectively in the team and improve their knowledge.

The training organized in cooperation with the State Examination Center was on flexible and development-oriented management. Asad Ismayilov, Head of the Department of the Civil Service and HR of the Ministry of Energy, congratulated the employees on the professional holiday and wished success in their work.

At the presentation of the employee of the State Examination Center, extensive practical information was given on classical and flexible management methods, types, manifestations and components of psychological flexibility in management, benefits of flexible methodology, adaptive management, development-oriented thinking and its impact on organization culture, advantages of psychological safe environment, proper management of changes and risks, development-oriented leadership, and the participants exchanged views.

Employees from the Ministry of Energy and AREA under the Ministry participated in the training.
