Educational training in the field of communication was held at the Ministry of Energy

Within the framework of cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center, a series of events are underway to strengthen internal communications and increase professional skills. This training, organized at the Ministry of energy, was on the topic Professional communication and emotional intelligence: Increasing team cohesion.

An employee of the State Examination Center delivered presentation at the training. Extensive practical information on communication components, principles, types, strategies of professional communication, barriers formed during communication, use of emotional intelligence in working life, types of emotions, basic elements of team cohesion, impact of collective work on overall success, ways of forming a strong team was given, and mutual exchange of views was held with the participants of the training.

45 employees from the Ministry, AREA and AERA attended at the training.
