9128 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under the Ministry last year

In 2024, the Ministry of Energy and its subordinate bodies received a total of 9128 citizen applications.

Of them, 7670 appeals were executed accordingly, 1229 were informative and 229 were in execution.

Appeals covered mainly to connection to the connection to the power supply network, providing terms of references, operation status of electrical installations and equipment, gasification, metering, issuance of permits, and other issues.

In this period, 379 citizen receptions were organized by the senior officials of the Ministry and Agencies under the Ministry, and relevant instructions were given to solve the issues raised in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
