According to operational data for January-October 2024, 24.1 million tons of oil (along with gas condensate) were produced throughout the Republic. 

Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli accounted for 13.9 million tons of oil production, Shah Deniz for 3.5 million tons (gas condensate), and Absheron field for 0.5 million tons (gas condensate). SOCAR's oil output amounted to 5.6 million tons (including condensate).

During the reporting period, the volume of exported oil, including gas condensate, amounted to 19.9 million tons. Among these, consortium accounts for nearly 17.4 million tons, SOCAR for 2.5 million tons.

Oil refining in January-October 2024 amounted to 5.5 million tons. 

It should be noted that in October 2024, the daily production of oil (along with gas condensate) was 79,947 thousand tons. Among these, 65,462 thousand tons were crude oil, 14,485 thousand tons were gas condensate.

From January to October 2024, the country produced 41.5 billion cubic meters of natural gas. 10.9 bcm of gas production extracted from ACG, while 22.9 bcm from Shah Deniz. Absheron and SOCAR produced 1.3 bcm and 6.4 bcm gas, respectively. Gas was transported with an increase of approximately 1.4 bcm compared to the relevant period last year.

During this period, gas sales amounted to 20.7 bcm, which was 4.6 % more compared to the same period previous year. 10.6 bcm of gas were sold to Europe, 8.2 bcm to Türkiye, and 1.9 bcm to Georgia. During this period, 4.7 billion cubic meters of gas was delivered to Türkiye by TANAP. 

From the date the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli and Shah Deniz fields put into commission until November 01, 2024, 646.6 million tons of oil (together with gas condensate) and 459.2 billion cubic meters of gas were produced. 598.7 million tons of oil, 227.3 billion cubic meters of gas were extracted from Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli, and about 47.9 million tons of condensate and 231.9 billion cubic meters of gas from Shah Deniz. 

As of November 01, 2024, 644.7 million tons of oil and 165.8 billion cubic meters of gas were exported from these fields.
