Next training on human resource management was held

Within the framework of the existing cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center, the next training on Overview of human resources management was held in order to improve the professional skills of employees in the field of management.

Asad Ismayilov, Head of the Civil Service and HR Department of the Ministry, spoke about the practice applied in the ministry on the organization of work with staff, HRM, selection and placement of specialists. Mirana Rustamli, representative of the State Examination Center, made a presentation and gave detailed information to the participants about the historical development stages of Management, existing tools in the field of management, personnel motivation, proper division of tasks among employees, evaluation criteria and other topics.

The 25 employees from the Ministry of Energy and agencies under the Ministry attended the training.
